There's a warmth to hazelnuts that no other nut quite replicates — toasty, slightly sweet, faintly reminiscent of good coffee and dark chocolate. We slow-roast ours to coax out that flavor fully, then grind them into a silky, spreadable butter with nothing added to dilute it.

No palm oil. No refined sugar. No fillers pretending to be flavor. Just hazelnuts, given the time and care they deserve.

This is indulgence you can feel good about, made the way nut butter always should have been.

Storage

Refrigerate after opening, especially in warmer months — our nut butters contain no preservatives, so don't leave in the heat too long. No fridge? Store in a cool, dark spot and use within a reasonable time, checking the aroma regularly.

Note: Natural oil separation is normal (no stabilizers added!). Just stir well before use — don't drain the oil, or your butter will turn dry and hard to spread.

Shelf Life

Our nut butters last about 5 months (preservative-free, remember!). Safe to enjoy slightly past the best-by date, though flavor may fade a bit over time. Always check smell and taste for freshness — if in doubt, discard.
