- Melt the chocolate on the stovetop over a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Stir until smooth and add the granola.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and fold it in.
- With a small spoon or cookie scoop, transfer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until set.
