  • 1 1cups fresh basil

  • 1cup cilantro

  • 3 tbsp @heartigrub pistachio butter

  • 2 -3 cloves garlic

  • 14  -  23cup olive oil 

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest or 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • 14  cup grated parmesan cheese or 14 cup grated asiago cheese



  1. Put all of the ingredients in the food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Start with 1/4 cup oil adding more if you need.
